REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will only consider refunds if the item is found to be defective. If you receive a damaged product, kindly send us an email with a photo showcasing the defect. If our team determines that the item is indeed defective, we will provide you with a return confirmation number. The product should be unworn and should have its original tags intact.

Kalaou is not responsible for any shipping or custom fees. If the item is confirmed as defective, we will handle the exchange. Remember, once an order has been placed, we cannot modify it but can only cancel it.

Always ensure that you provide your correct address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be required to cover the additional shipping cost.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders made during our regular business hours (M-F 9AM - 7PM EST) will undergo processing and verification within 24-48 hours, and will be shipped within 3-7 business days*. For updated tracking information, please allow up to a full business day.

*If your items are on pre-order or are 'made to order', please review the item's description to understand the production time. Kalaou is not accountable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

For all orders, domestic or international, ensure you provide a correct phone number and email address. This helps us, or our courier partner, reach out to you regarding your order/delivery.

We, at Kalaou, do not dispatch shipments during weekends or holidays. All shipping activities will continue from the next working Monday following a holiday or weekend.

Customs regulations vary from country to country, leading to possible inspections of orders by customs, which can cause delivery delays.
